Auxiliary buoyancy system
About US
Sea Fend is a buoyancy support system born from the direct experience of professionals in the marine industry, whose careers have been dedicated to designing and building high-end vessels. Solid technical expertise, built over time, meets a different way of understanding the sea: more personal, more lived-in, deeply rooted in the idea of safety. Two different paths, complementary to one another, converging on a shared vision.
The founding team comes from Italian boatbuilding: a background that matters, because designing an anti-sinking system demands a deep understanding of how a hull behaves under stress. Load distribution, structural stress points, available volumes, and impact on handling are not details to approximate: they need to be understood and controlled with precision.
Alongside this expertise sits a sensitivity shaped by a direct, lived relationship with the sea: one that puts safety at the center of every design decision.
How it works
Vessels under construction
Sea Fend is developed in close collaboration with the shipyard. The shipyard shares the 3D model and technical specifications, allowing for a fully coherent integration from the earliest design stage. The external panel, made from the same material as the hull, sits flush with the topsides and remains completely undetectable.
Already-launched vessels
Sea Fend is also designed to be installed on already-launched boats with no structural work required. Installation can take place during routine maintenance or winter storage. The potential market is the entire fleet of vessels between 30 and 65 feet currently without any anti-sinking system.
01
A high-value asset: a patented product, developed with industry-leading companies and entering a market with no direct competition today. Concrete commercial differentiation, built in from the design stage.
02
Concrete protection for your investment, raising the vessel's safety level without compromising performance or design. Active safety, built before the emergency happens.
03
Every vessel that sinks releases fuel, oil, and plastic materials into the sea. Reducing the risk of sinking means contributing directly to the protection of the marine environment.
Each kit combines modules in a different number and layout depending on the vessel’s size and displacement.
Kit 2.0
Displacement 5–16 TON
Kit 2.7
Displacement 16–25 TON
Kit 3.4
Displacement 25–40 TON
