Marine and insurance industry data show that collisions, groundings, and hull damage are among the leading causes of the most serious incidents, with the risk of rapidly escalating into critical emergencies for the safety of the boat.

Sea Fend is a patented buoyancy system, engineered for installation in the hull structure of both new and existing boats, minimizing impact on interior space while preserving the boat’s original design and performance.

The system is made up of airbags positioned inside bumpers, at the lowest part of the topsides below the waterline, kept compressed and inactive until activation.

One command. Sea Fend takes care of the rest. Safely.

In the event of a serious anomaly, such as a hull breach, a collision with a submerged object, or a failed through-hull fitting, the system can be activated manually from the helm or remotely via a dedicated app.

Once activated, the airbags inflate within minutes, generating enough hydrostatic lift to keep the boat afloat, allowing it to reach the nearest port or be towed safely.

Critcal event
